YOUR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY...

We offer two Options by which a person can affiliate with RMHTC:

1) Option 1. Independent Contractor. This is a 1099 Business Development/Sales position that pays a 30% commission over the life of each contract the IC produces with no cap on earnings. Compensation is 100% commission. The program requires 3.5 days of training with a minimal License & Training Fee that can be earned back through a 15% rider that is paid on top of the standard commission. Under this program, the IC builds his/her pipeline and makes the sale. RMHTC handles the analysis and all of the back office work. A number of our ICs have other employment and are selling Telecom Expense reduction services on the side; earnings potential is unlimited, but its strictly up to the IC as to whether they work their Business Plan part time or full time. Finally, the IC can migrate to Option 2 at anytime.

2) Option 2. Independent Profit Center Affiliate. This is for the person who wants to establish his/her own business and clone RMHTC's Telecom Consulting Practice. Option 2 is a turn-key package and RMHTC provides everything needed to establish a Telecom Consulting Business that delivers Telecom Expense Reduction services. Under this program the Affiliate owns their Client contracts and controls 100% of the revenues they produce. The program requires a License & Training Fee and 6.5 days of training. As an Independent Profit Center, you own your Client Contracts, and control 100% of the revenue you produce. You are fee to sell Telecom Expense Reduction services anywhere in the U.S. and we will teach you how to build a network of Independent Contractors that sell for you.

Under each Option, RMHTC provides the everything as a turn-key package including training with lodging. A number of our Affiliates participate in our program on a part time basis and have other employment and an Affiliate can begin with Option 1 and migrate to Option 2 at any time...

 

Training

Independent Contractor - Option 1

This is a 1099 Business Development/Sales position. Training for the Independent Contractor under Option 1 lasts 3.5 days and consists of the first two modules. To date, RMH Telecom Consultant’s Sales Training and Mentor Program have been delivered to 475 Telecom Professionals.

Location

All training is provided at our facility in Gautier, MS which includes lodging in a secure, gracious, 4,000 sq ft. home. Amenities include television, swimming pool and a fully stocked kitchen. Our training facility is less than five minutes from restaurants, shopping mall, drug stores, movie theatre, and less than 20 minutes from 17 MS Gulf Coast casinos.

Independent Profit Center Affiliate - Option 2
 

Independent Profit Center Affiliate lasts 6 ½ days and consists of four modules. Training has been delivered to 256 Profit Centers and is designed to reduce the learning curve for starting a new business by 9–18 months on average.

Module 1…..Business Planning La Font Inn Executive Training/Meeting Room
The first module focuses on Business Planning and how to set up the business requirements of an Independent Profit Center. Business Planning includes use of Revenue and Productivity Models that feed P&L and Cash Flow Pro-Formas, and major milestones.

Module 2…… Sales
The second module helps you develop your sales plan and teaches you how to sell Expense Optimization services, overcome objections, and target vertical markets that have huge potential. The sales module includes extensive role-play, and working several business cases designed to pull the various components together. The Sales Module provides PowerPoint presentations, scripts, and templates for Letters, Proposals and RFP bid-responses.

Module 3……Business Development

The third module focuses on how to grow your business through adding resources. Samples of Service Contracts, Non-Disclosure/Compete Agreements, Advertisements, Development & Implementation Planning are all included.

Module 4……OptiStudy™ Expense Optimization Tools & Methodology

The fourth module explains the process methodology behind our deliverables. It provides hands-on training on how to perform Expense Optimization Studies with easy-to-use tool sets and practice cases taken from real Clients’ telecom invoices. Completion of OptiStudy™ deliverables are consistently demonstrated by our Affiliates, regardless of the Affiliate’s past background. The module concludes with the production of a full Expense Optimization study and a role-play scenario with a live presentation to a Client.
